This place is like a museum - spend some time and take in all the things it has to see. Was decorated beautifully for the holidays (including a tree that went to the 30 ft ceiling). Beautiful birds outside the windows. Friendly, competent staff and the food is excellent - it is like home cooking. I don't know what the previous rater is talking about - certainly, if you are looking for sushi or yuppy food, this wouldn't be for you (but, then, you have Portland for that). If you are thinking outside the box, try their bisquits and gravy, giant cinnamon roll (will feed a family of four), marionberry cobbler, or anything else off the menu. We love it, our grown kids love it, our friends love it!!

This place is a nice log cabin, from the looks of the place you might think there is a possibility that good food cooked here. Maybe even some home cooking, feel good food cooked here...but don't be decieved. The food is terrible, I have been back three times trying different items each time thinking maybe it was what I ordered. Well, don't waste your time or money, cause unfortunately it is just always bad food and bad service too. My expectations where not that high on my return visits. I would have not felt compelled to comment either way if the food had been "just okay" but I am afraid I can't even say it was that. Makes me sad, because the cabin is a cool place and great location for beach travelers.
