Bible curriculum's are planned to be continuous and are sequenced to progress through the grades so that the entire subject is covered from grades 1-12.

The curriculum in the secondary school is based on the state guidelines for graduation requirements. The curriculum follows closely to the public school system.
In the Junior High, (grades 7-8) the curriculum consists of:

* Science
* Physical Education
* Social Studies
An exploratory block consisting of:
* Keyboarding
* Drama
* Choir
* Art
A Biblical studies credit is also earned as the students study through a survey of the Old and New Testaments.
Columbia Christian Schools is interested in educating the entire child, mentally, physically, spiritually, and academically. Columbia Christian Schools has a dual accreditation with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and Association of Christian Schools International. The first year of accreditation was 2000.
