I brought a car I wanted to buy over there for a pre-purchase inspection. they didn't detect that the car had major engine problem. according to their recommendation it only needed a tune up. after I bought the car it turned out the engine needed an expensive repair in the range of almost $5.000 !!! I don't think I need to emphasize what I think of the quality of their work...

Esquire Motors had serviced my 87 VW Westfalia for the last 5 years. Every time I had a problem, they had fixed it and in record time. I completely recommend this shop. They are extremely good and professional. They had never overcharged me for anything and NEVER had to take the car back on a fix.

Esquire Motors has serviced my 1999 Lexus SUV since I purchased it. The vehicle now has 152,000 miles on it and it performs very well. I attribute this in significant part to the quality service that I receive from Esquire Motors.

Esquire is very good at what they do and they seem to care a lot about customer service (so much so that they practically stalk you afterwards to get feedback--they need to mellow out with that!). I wish they were a little more affordable and that their drop-off/pick-up hours were a bit more convenient (but that is common unless you take your car to a dealership to be repaired). Nice people. It can take them a while to get to your car, which is difficult if you need it. Almost all our experiences have been good, though, so we'll probably keep going back unless someone introduces us to a good VW mechanic that is faster and cheaper.
