I was really nervous before moving, but NW Relocation made it a breeze for me. The sales person answered all my questions, and gave me tips on how to save money on my move. Tim and his crew were profssional, carefull, nice, fast and clean. They treated my stuff with respect. And last but not least, Dave the delivery driver was on time, and he always smiles even when stuff is really heavy. I felt like i was in good hands from begining to end... thank you NW Relocation jill and gabe thompson

Gil and the crew did a great job handling my goods. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I got 1 month of storage for free and the customer service was great!

They say... that moving can be one of the more stressful things that a person can endure in life. Well that was definitely not the case for us by choosing NW Relocation. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist (very cheerful) I knew I had clicked on the right website. She set me up with a free estimate that next day with the owner (very handsome) and he gave us a really good deal. On the day of the move Tally and his crew showed up 15 minutes early to come scout out my place and plan their strategy. They even had extra boxes, tape, and packing supplies for all the extra things I did not have time to pack. I swear it took them less than two hours to clear my entire house! They were very efficient, quick, and friendly. When we got to our new house they unloaded all of our stuff (including sentimental antiques) with careful hands. Nothing was damaged except for the coffee table that my husband decided to carry in by himself! I told him, "That's why we have movers, honey". But did he listen... of course not! Anyway... the whole experience made our life so much easier. I was also quite surprised how inexpensive everything ended being. This was the first time we have ever used professional movers and will definitely recommend NW Relocation to family and friends.

I moved with NW Relocation this past summer. They have the best customer service, the nicest staff and my moving crew was very professional. I have 3 kids, so when we moved from Portland, OR to Washington DC, they provided me with full packing and unpacking services (which I specifically requested). Every word Sandy (their senior consultant) promised me was fulfilled by my crew's service. If I ever move again, I will definitely use NW Relocation. Ask for their FMCSA statistics, they are above the national average...

I got NW Relocation's number from Yellowpages.com and from the start the administrative assistants and owner were very involved, courteous, and friendly. They began by giving me a free estimate which was fair and accurate. The movers arrived on time and were efficient, helpful, clean, & safe and respectful with my belongings. Nothing got damaged or lost and at the end of the day they deserved and got a tip. Overall NW Relocation was very organized and professional throughout my entire move and I would definitely recommend them to someone in need of quality movers. Greg of the 503
